Canvassing for Opinion - aka "Blairs Brain on Cannabis"

IMHO prohibition sentiment requires inherent addiction to status quo, an incapacity to visualise beyond the here and now and a desperate desire to know others might feel the same... Reform is not revolutionary, rather it is evolutionary. Having survived banging your head against a brick wall the evolutionist relishes having stopped. / Blair

Analysis of the health benefits of legal Cannabis - Mild Greens Health submission

ABSTRACT: The prohibition of cannabis is philosophically and operationally illegitimate, and the act of criminalisation a severe and harmful transgression against individual, collective, and religious freedom. Prohibition of cannabis must not only be terminated and repealed, but more crucially, outlawed. Expungement is owed to those victimised and traumatised by existing policy on marijuana use.

If marijuana misuse occurs, then this must be handled in a system where society acknowledges the adult's right to decide, the child's right to proper and meaningful guidance, and the right of all to freedom from perverse and prejudicial law.
