Commander and Relieving Lower Hutt Area Commander Inspector Mike Hill says in recent times, Police have become aware of a few groups of organised criminals actively offending in the Hutt Valley.
For Gods Sake... 400,000 people are offending every day all over New Zealand - why does the Hutt Valley Police think Valley folk are any different. Could it be this is the Police's answer to counter Kofe Annan's Global Commission on Drug Policy telling us this public posturing is accomplishing counter productive unintended outcomes. The Police are sure looking silly if they can continue to pretend they are getting some place surreptitiously linking crime and cannabis. / Blair
