Canvassing for Opinion - aka "Blairs Brain on Cannabis"

IMHO prohibition sentiment requires inherent addiction to status quo, an incapacity to visualise beyond the here and now and a desperate desire to know others might feel the same... Reform is not revolutionary, rather it is evolutionary. Having survived banging your head against a brick wall the evolutionist relishes having stopped. / Blair

Huge cannabis bust in Hawke's Bay - Latest News - Keep up with Newstalk ZB

1000 plants, gee and this is what happens under prohibition!
Should we be surprised the Police get 'some'.... a pathetic .05% and they call it a success!

Time to regulate, put cannabis into the restricted substances regulations before we create more job opportunities for criminal cannabis 'patches'.

Science and Policy of 'Guilt by Machine"

The science and policy of 'Guilt by Machine" explored in British Medical Journal blog, particularily cannabis testing described by British top cop Det. Chief Super Eddie Ellison as the logical equivalent of licking someones exhaust pipe ...to see if the driver had been speeding. Eddie had grave concerns that Police would tout individual 'detections' as evidence of policy effectivness while systemically degrading 'consent to police' elevating unintended consequences and entrenching health policy failure.
